Greater Noida Authority has approved co-developers for three stalled group housing projects, offering hope to over thousands of homebuyers. Sobha Ltd, Opaa Realty, and Swarnim Buildhome LLP will take over projects from Atlaspur Construction, Parsvnath Developers, and Aims Golf Town Developers respectively.
