Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar unveiled the 'Bhoo Guarantee' scheme. This initiative will digitize property records for 23 lakh owners in Bengaluru. A one-time settlement window will allow B-Khata properties to convert to A-Khata with reduced fees. Concessions are also offered for planning violations and BDA properties. Infrastructure projects like tunnel roads are also planned.
