The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is gearing up to unveil two new residential plot schemes come October. One will cater specifically to the low-income group with 40 sqm plots available, while the general public can apply for larger plots, ranging between 162 to 300 sqm. The newly established eligibility criteria will bar prior allottees from participating.
