The Haryana DTCP has held that Licence No. 69 of 2025 and the June 17, 2025 approval for change of developer in favour of Oberoi Realty are legally intact. Oberoi Realty said the restriction imposed by the Punjab & Haryana High Court on fresh allotments and creation of third-party rights has ceased to be operative.
